A critical look into what I've been feeding my family is also an investigation of the result of USDA farm subsidy payments for grains, GMO corn syrup, GMO hydrogenated soybean oil. There, also is a comparison of the USDA Food Pyramid which actually features very few fruits and vegetables despite it's colorful icon--with the instruction that we need to eat a rainbow every day.
